What we collect

When you request a quote or send us a message through this website, we collect the details you enter:

• Quote form: your name, phone number, suburb, the type of work you need, when you are looking to get started and any notes you add.
• Contact form: your first and last name, phone number, email address, a description of the job, your time frame and your budget.

With each form we also record the page you sent it from and, if you arrived through an online advertisement, the campaign details in the link you followed (for example a Google Ads click ID or UTM tags). We do not ask for payment details, and you do not need to create an account.

If you call or email us, we collect the details you give us in that conversation.

Why we collect it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
• To arrange a time to visit your property and, if you go ahead, to carry out and follow up the work.
• To understand which pages and advertisements bring us enquiries, so we can improve this website and our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where your details go

Form submissions are delivered to our business email inbox or customer management system. Only the people who handle enquiries for us can see them.

We may share your details with service providers who help us run this website and our enquiry handling (for example our website host and email or CRM provider), only so they can provide that service.

Cookies and analytics

If enabled, this website uses analytics and advertising tools (for example Google Analytics, Google Ads or the Meta Pixel) that use cookies or similar technology to measure visits and the results of our advertising. These tools collect information about your device and how you use the site, not your name or contact details. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Our forms keep the advertising campaign details from the link you arrived on in your browser’s session storage until you close the tab, so they can be sent with your enquiry.

How we keep it

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify them, unless we need to keep them longer by law or for work we have carried out for you.
